Become a Home Care Aide (HCA) and Start Your Career in Healthcare
Home Care Aides (HCA) are healthcare professionals who work in Long-Term Care facilities, Nursing homes, and Adult Family Homes. As a Community Instructor, Nurse Staffing Solutions provides courses required to complete the 75 hours of training to become certified to work as a home care aide. These 75 hours must be completed and documented with DSHS within the first 200 days of employment.
